The DL203 series of stainless steel filters have been developed to meet the demands of process air, gas and liquid filtration requirements. They are effective at removing solids from water, chemical, petroleum and other industrial processes via a specially selected element.
All stainless steel consisting of a minimum number of parts for easy assembly and dismantling. They are designed for a working pressure of 12.5kg/cm2 at 120°C and vertically mounted for use with horizontal in-line pipe connections. The sump can be removed by the loosening of one single bolt to examine or change the element without disturbing the pipeline.

The FSSTH series of stainless steel filters have been developed to meet the demands of process air, gas and liquid filtration requirements. They are effective at removing solids from water, chemical, petroleum and other industrial processes via a specially selected element.
All stainless steel consisting of a minimum number of parts for easy assembly and dismantling. They are designed for a working pressure of 700kg/cm2 at 65°C and vertically mounted for use with horizontal in-line pipe connections. Servicing can be carried out from the top and bottom without breaking the pipeline connections.

The FSSTH Multi Stage high pressure filter range of units consists of a pre-filter, carbon adsorber and after filter. The range is based on a number of standard units designed for pressures of up to 700kg/cm2 at 65°C. Details of the pre-filter and after-filter units are given separately. These units are capable of removing oil and water droplets, and solid particles of 0.3 micron and above with 99.999% efficiency, and hydrocarbon vapours including odour to 99.999% efficiency.
The pre-filter is fitted with a silicone treated ceramic element grade P8X. This effectively removes solids and liquid impurities from the air stream and so extends the useful life of the adsorber unit.
The carbon adsorber unit provides a deep bed of activated carbon. This ensures an evenly distributed flow, and removes organic flavours and vapours from the air and gas stream. FFSL activated carbon is specially manufactured and selected for its highly adsorbent qualities.
Other adsorbents available:
 |
Molecular Sieve |
 |
Activated Alumina |
 |
Purafil |
 |
Moleculite |
 |
Soda Lime |
The after filter is fitted with a grade C0 ceramic element, efficiently removing solid particles down to 0.3 micron thereby preventing the passage of both airborne bacteria and traces of carbon dust carried over from the adsorber section.
The air or gas exiting the three stage filter is of a purity suitable for breathing air, fermentation tanks and processes requiring the highest
standards.
